hello lilpnkbnny,I totally understand,Im from a mennonite back round.I not jumping out and shouting hell and brimstone to my friends and family ,but weaning the life style into and around my everyday routines.like cooking and gardening, growing my own herbs and so on.just being a positive model in life its self, and being true to how I am feeling about wiccan ways,it truly feels so natrual,I really don,y mind keeping to myself till I,m stronger in hte ways, love to hear from you any time, keep well and happy

I live in a small "hick" town with four different churchs in it. If you don't belong to one of those churches they look down on you. And if they knew of my religious choice, there would be a big problem. So, I understand where you're coming from.

I'm honestly still really fascinated with this religion and have searched alot. My mom and father are really spiritual and then my other set of parents are not so quite but Bible stricken, but that's ok every one has there own way. I just hope I can better understand this = ] Do you find this valuable?

i dont know how much of a congrates are in order. on one side at least she knows and i dont fell so bad for her not knowin and on the other she ish not very understanding. she dont let me practice wicca cause she thinks its well idk not nature nor tradition based and she probably thinks its evil. she gets all defencive and attacky the moment wicca ish mentioned. she thinks the native american and paganisum ish more nature based and traditional. she even went as far as to say that they were alot like christianity. now i dont know much about the native american religan but i know it like the pagan and i believe wiccan were nearly wiped out by the christions so i dont think that it ish anything like christianity and i know paganisum aint. i finally break open the broom closet only to find the rest of the house locked as well. -_- Do you find this valuable?

There is a book called When Someone You Love is Wiccan. You should try to find it and have your mother read it. Why don't you have her look up what wicca is all about. Tell you she is just making presumptions and can't possibly understand your draw to it until she looks into it. It might not be one of the originals in itself but it is based deeply in them. Tell her to please put her preconceived notions about it aside and look at it with an open mind. Do you find this valuable?

i have tryed axplainin it to her and i cant get the book till she finally goes and gets that job app for the goodwill they are lookin for ppl who are disable or somethin like that and my mothers friend gave her the card for them but mother doesnt give herself the time to get it and even when she does have the time she just sits on the puter. she knows i can ride the PATS bus to work. the guy i talked to at the goodwill said that they work around they workers bariers soz they can get to work. soz i only have to work when the pats bus ish runnin but i think mother ish scared to let meh go.
