HI all, great to see more members joining. I have been in hospital for the last few weeks, boy what a wake up call. The unfortunate thing is, doing what we do, learning what we do, we spend so much time looking for signs and listening to our hearts and mind, we often neglect to see the obvious. I was very much caught out. Meditation - great, rituals - great, burning pain in my abdomen - completely ignored! Stoopid, stoopid, stoopid. Never put work infront of your health, the worse that can happen at work is you get fired, with your health it can obviously be a lot worse. We are always looked after while we are finding our way along this path we have chosen as far as being bountiful and abundant and safe, but we still need to take note of the normal everyday things which need our attention, that is still on us and what's great is we get to be looked after then in a very real way by the much needed learned doctors and nurses we have around us. Its all about balance and together we should find it. Have a great week everybody, blessed be - Cassie
